Operative sustainability control is vital to build a business for the long term. In Payasaz each business unit produce its own action plan. These plans are subjected to internal and external audit. To improve the sustainability and quality of our projects, we use building information modeling to support decision-making on design and construction alternatives. We also try helping to reduce waste, landfill impacts, and other environmental effects at project sites. Issues can arise during a project that trigger immediate and long-term impacts on customers, as well as affect the quality of project delivery. We try to raise positive effects of a project during construction and operations: using risk assessment and management disciplines to identify issues and find the best solution for them. We pioneered the design, planning, and delivery of local development strategies. From concept to implementation, we perform feasibility studies, engineering and design work, and management processes to execute projects and build local economy. Enhancing the technical capabilities of regional professionals to build, operate, and manage the projects for the long term is our aim.
